Here are some of the most commonly asked questions we’ve received from our customers. If you don’t find the answer you’re looking for, please reach out and we will get back to you shortly.

Do you make any vegan items?

 We can make vegan cakes and cupcakes for special orders, currently only in the flavors vanilla, chocolate and citrus. Our chili (and many of our other soups) are also vegan.

Do you make any gluten free items?

We have gluten free muffins in the case every day, and we try to have gluten free cupcakes in the pastry case, too. We can make gluten free cakes and cupcakes for special orders. However, please note that we do not have a separate oven for baking gluten free items, so take care if you have a serious allergy or sensitivity. Given our limits, we will do our best to avoid cross-contamination.

Should I refrigerate my cake/cupcakes?

To keep your cake fresh if you are picking it up ahead of time, we recommend refrigerating it until about 1-2 hours before your event or celebration. Our cakes are best enjoyed at room temperature. 

How far ahead do I need to order?

If you want to be safe, a week ahead is perfect, and as soon as you know you want to order is even better. However, it never hurts to call us and ask about our availability if you need a cake sooner than a week.
